Emma has been a student, practitioner and teacher of Yoga for over fifteen years. She began with the study of Iyengar Yoga and traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama and philosophy then furthered her studies in the tradition of the Ashtanga Yoga discipline. Her background includes several diverse Hatha Yoga traditions within which she has both practiced and taught. Emma has been fortunate enough to have studied with some of the most inspiring and creative teachers in the world. She maintains a dedicated daily practice and continues to teach in India and the UK

Today
Emma practices in London at 'Ashtanga Yoga London' with Hamish Hendry. She also furthers her studies at the 'Ashtanga Research Institute' in Mysore India. Currently she studies Ancient Indian Sanskrit Text and Scriptures with Dr Shastry also in the UK. In addition to her teaching Emma writes for several publications on the varied subjects of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Yogic 'Science', Yogic Scriptures, Vedanta and Ancient Indian Sanskrit.
Emma teaches in India and from her Yoga Shala in Richmond UK.
